Where we you at the beginning of your journey?
" At the beginning of my journey I had no routine when it came to my nutrition and going to the gym was a dream - I’d never thought it would be something I would be able to do. I always thought I was just too busy and that was the excuse I gave myself. "
Any worries you had and how were they overcome?
" I was worried about going to the gym and had no confidence about going, this was overcome with Dennile’s support. The very first session we had together was the first step, Dennile’s help and guidance in using the equipment made a massive difference and gave me the push I needed to just go and do the workouts! She showed me that there is always time and with the right routine and without putting unnecessary pressure on yourself, you can do it all! "
What changes did you make with being with Dennile Young Fitness and how did this positively affect you?
" I think immediately the change in mindset is what propelled me as even as a busy woman, if you’re committed, you can change your routine for the better. The next change was changing what I ate and being conscious of the nutritional values and learning about it, this allowed me to easily make the changes needed and meet the goals set by Dennile which were tailored to me.
